Jeff Grimm, NP-C
Jeff is a member and fellow of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, a clinical specialty focused on the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related dysfunction, disorders, and diseases. Evidence based protocols used in practice include optimizing diet and nutrition, nutraceutical therapy, exercise, stem cell therapy, and hormone balancing. He is currently the only provider in Oregon who is fellowship trained in this exciting new field of medicine.
Jeff Grimm, MSN, NP-C, FAARM is a graduate of Columbia University where he received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing. He specializes in adult medicine and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. His practice is focused on wellness, prevention, education, and treatment of acute and chronic illness. He is passionate about blending western and functional medical modalities to improve outcomes.
Experience
At Grain Integrative Health, he sees a wide variety of patients and is actively engaged in integrative rounds with his naturopathic and licensed acupuncture colleagues. His patients benefit through the diversity of practitioners available at this clinic.
At House Call Providers, he provides care of elderly patients in their homes. This organization, established in 1995, is the only non-profit organization in Portland dedicated to providing medical services to homebound seniors and persons with disabilities.
Jeff is licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Oregon with full prescriptive authority. He is working with several local and national insurance networks.
