Grain Integrative Health participates in most health plans available in the Greater Portland metro area. If you are from another area, your insurance may cover out-of-state providers. If you have questions about insurance please do not hesitate to contact our office at (503) 445-8114.
Grain Integrative Health is happy to check with your insurance to determine your coverage benefits.
Copayment is due at the time of your visit. If you do not have insurance, payment by cash or credit card is due at the time of your visit. Please ask us if you have any questions.
Giving Back to the Community
Grain Integrative Health provides a certain number of reduced cost office visits, with our participating providers, to male patients who are underinsured or uninsured. The community clinic is dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of uninsured men who do not have other resources.
Please be patient with us as there is often a wait list for this service. You will be asked to provide financial statements to qualify for this program. Please inquire about this program if you believe you may qualify. Grain Integrative Health is committed to a socially responsible medical practice. This is one way the clinic is able to help with the healthcare crisis in the Greater Portland area.
